Position Overview
Sales Executive with LoopNet you will be part of a growth-oriented, innovative company representing the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with the world’s top owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online. You will build long-lasting, service-focused client relationships, advising on product frequency, reach and brand efficacy and highlighting return on investment using our proprietary analytic tools and reporting capabilities. You will leverage CoStar Group’s deep knowledge and expertise in the Commercial Real Estate industry to build your client portfolio by prospecting, studying industry trends, and conducting effective product demonstrations. New Sales Executives receive extensive classroom and field training to equip them with product and industry knowledge, helping to build market credibility, proudly represent the brand, and achieve career success. You will also learn digital marketing and sales skills by working with internal industry experts, product marketing and product management specialists. Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management – Through consultative sales methods, build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on all matters related to their strategic marketing plan. Business Development – Using CoStar Group’s extensive property data, prospect new clients to drive sales and close new business. Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across the LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue. Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate and market trends within your territory. Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support through regular, value-added communication, sharing market insights and offering solutions that help clients achieve their goals. Build strong client relationships and prospect by conducting regular in-person meetings, which may require travel by car and could extend beyond the driving radius of your office location. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. 4+ years of successful full-cycle sales and account management experience in a B2B environment selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, financial services, business intelligence or data & analytics. Demonstrated commitment to prior employers. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas with a focus on customer experience. Current and valid driver’s license; satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start. Preferred Qualifications
Experience building long-term relationships and partnerships with senior/C-Suite clients. Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics. Regular access to an operating motor vehicle prior to or by start date.
