Sales Executive

with LoopNet you will be part of a growth-oriented, innovative company and represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with the world’s top owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online. Key to your success will be your ability to build long-lasting, service-focused, customer relationships. You will advise on product frequency, reach and brand efficacy and highlight return on investment using our proprietary analytic tools and reporting capabilities. Day to day, you will leverage Costar Group’s deep knowledge and expertise in the Commercial Real Estate industry to build your client portfolio by prospecting, studying industry trends and news, and conducting effective product demonstrations. New Sales Executives receive extensive classroom and field training to equip them with product and industry knowledge to build market credibility, represent the brand, and achieve career success. You will also learn digital marketing and sales skills by collaborating with internal experts in marketing and product management. Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management – Through consultative sales methods, build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on their strategic marketing plan. Business Development – Using Costar Group’s extensive property data, prospect new clients to drive sales and close new business. Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across LoopNet and Costar teams to drive sales revenue. Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate and market trends within your territory. Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support through regular, value-added communication, sharing market insights and offering solutions that help clients achieve their goals. Meetings and Travel – Build strong client relationships through regular in-person meetings, which may require travel by car and could extend beyond the driving radius of the office location. Basic Qualifications

Completed bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. 4+ years of full-cycle sales and account management experience in a B2B environment selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, data & analytics. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas with a customer-focused approach. Current and valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. Preferred Qualifications

Success in building long-term relationships and partnerships with clients at senior/C-Suite level. Ability to analyze data, create reports, and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics. Regular and consistent access to an operational vehicle prior to or by start date. Flexibility to adapt in a high-growth environment and ability to work in teams and independently.
