Position Overview As a Sales Executive with LoopNet, you will be part of a growth-oriented, innovative company and represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with the world’s top owners and brokers to develop a digital marketing strategy that showcases and differentiates their portfolio of properties online. The goal is to build long-lasting, service-focused client relationships by advising on product frequency, reach, and brand efficacy, and by highlighting return on investment using our analytics and reporting tools. You will prospect, study industry trends, and conduct effective product demonstrations with the support of CoStar Group’s expertise in the Commercial Real Estate industry. New Sales Executives receive extensive classroom and field training to build market credibility and career success, and you will learn digital marketing and sales skills by working with internal experts in product marketing and management.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management – Build consultative client relationships to drive advertising revenue and serve as a trusted advisor on marketing strategy.
Business Development – Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s property data to drive sales and close new business.
Teamwork – Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
Business Industry Acumen – Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate trends, and your market territory.
Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding client support, share market insights, and provide solutions to help clients achieve goals.
Travel – Build relationships through regular in-person meetings; travel by car and may extend beyond driving radius of office location.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
4+ years of successful full-cycle sales and account management in a B2B environment selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, financial securities, business intelligence or data & analytics.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas with focus on customer experience.
Current and valid driver’s license; satisfactory driving record abstract prior to start.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building long-term relationships with clients at a senior/C-Suite level.
Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics.
Regular access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date.
Flexible and able to adapt in a high-growth environment; self-starter who can work in a team and independently.
