We give our resources to individuals who don't have the means or access. We’re looking for a Salesforce Consultant to join our growing team! What You’ll Do Assist in the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce CRM to meet the needs of our nonprofit organization Support data management efforts, including data import/export, data cleaning, and maintaining data integrity within Salesforce Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of Salesforce initiatives with organizational goals and priorities Stay informed about Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices to recommend improvements and enhancements to our Salesforce instance What We’re Looking For Experience working with Salesforce CRM, either through coursework, internships, or entry-level positions Experience in providing user support, training, and troubleshooting for Salesforce users Ability to analyze data within Salesforce using reports, dashboards, and queries to provide insights and support decision-making Knowledge of data management best practices and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) Creative problem-solving skills to find innovative solutions to meet nonprofit-specific challenges Salesforce Administrator/Consultant certification preferred We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
