About Us
The Donovan’s Venom is a 501c3 nonprofit organization focused on curating universal accessibility to fine arts and music education for all. We are passionately dedicated to ensuring that everyone, regardless of financial circumstances, has access to high-quality music education, performance opportunities, and fine art. We aim to inspire, empower, and uplift communities by fostering a love for music and the arts through our commitment to education, inclusivity, diversity, and social impact, which drives us to expand our reach continually and enrich the lives of those we serve.
We’re looking for a Business Administrator to join our growing team!
What You’ll Do
Design and implement DEI strategies, policies, and training programs. Partner with leadership to integrate DEI into recruitment, retention, and promotion practices. Build and support employee resource groups (ERGs) and inclusive communities. Track and report on diversity metrics and progress. Organize awareness campaigns, workshops, and events to strengthen inclusive culture.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Sociology, Organizational Development, or related field. 2+ years of HR or DEI program management experience. Strong knowledge of DEI concepts, strategies, and compliance. Experience facilitating workshops and leading change initiatives. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and program management skills.
