Represent clients in all phases of litigation Manage cases from inception to trial alongside supervising partners Conduct depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and argue motions Interview witnesses and experts, and negotiate with opposing counsel Draft legal documents including motions, memoranda, settlement agreements, and trial materials Assist in employer investigations and alternative dispute resolution processes Qualifications
Two to three years of legal experience Strong academic credentials Excellent legal research and writing skills Exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida Interest in education law is a plus Why Join Us
