$50.00/hr - $56.00/hr FULLY REMOTE
What You Will Be Doing
Role will be supporting primary HRBP leadership for a global remote team as first point of contact for employees and line managers with HR inquiries Partner with people managers (up to Sr Director level) on a range of activities including performance management, team efficiency and organizational alignment Provide HR support and consultation to the business, answering employee and manager questions about HR programs, policies, and other HR-related items (i.e. performance, compensation, career goals, etc.). Contribute with planning and roll-out of HR programs and initiatives. Provide guidance and support to people managers on addressing performance concerns/issues Apply knowledge of employment law and exercise good judgement to effectively resolve employment issues in partnership with HRBP leadership, managers, leadership and legal team resources Support workforce planning, and development initiatives to ensure that the short, medium and long term needs of the business are met Advise on performance planning processes and compensation activities during the year
What You Bring To The Team
5+ years in a HR Generalist/Manager/HRBP related role Proven ability to tailor communication style to work well with managers at all levels in the organization; effective at facilitating and problem solving Experience in the following areas: talent/performance management, employee relations, coaching and development Ability to quickly build relationships and credibility with managers and employees
Nice To Haves
Experience in the tech industry Experience supporting GTM teams or similar Experience with ADP HRIS
