Provide expert/senior imagery scientist support through technical reviews, consultations, oversight of proposed and executed GEOINT product quality assessments and studies, and strategic level product quality direction. Provide image processing algorithm validation and verification in support of GEOINT product quality assessments or ad hoc customer requests. Provide imagery science services and analysis for GEOINT product quality assessments across traditional and non-traditional imaging systems, including sensor fidelity assessment, pixel registration, Tonal Transfer Curve assessments, Relative Edge Response, MTF and S/N ratio, and other product quality parameters. Support algorithm development related to imagery science tasks and assessment of product quality parameters. Provide expert/senior photogrammetrist services and engineering for traditional and non-traditional imaging systems; assess geolocation accuracy, mensuration accuracy, ground sample distance, and other photogrammetric analyses as directed. Provide senior imagery analyst services through technical review, consultation, oversight of product quality assessments, and strategic level product quality direction. Support GEOINT product quality assessment planning, execution, and results analysis; imagery review, artifact analysis, NIIRS evaluations (absolute NIIRS, delta NIIRS, and ENS NIIRS), display performance assessments, etc. Qualifications

20 years of experience and a Bachelor of Science degree in image science, remote sensing, earth science, physical science, engineering, or related field. Master’s degree may count for up to 2 years of experience; a relevant PhD may count for up to 6 years. Active TS/SCI clearance required and willingness to obtain a Polygraph. Experience in applied image processing and scientific analysis of imagery (SAR, IR, Spectral, Lidar); knowledge of image formation and related phenomenology. Experience processing imagery from Civil and Commercial imaging systems; proficiency with RSI ENVI and related techniques, algorithms, and data processing. Experience with GOTS applications such as FSTK and AGITK is a plus. Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to work cooperatively as a team member. Proficiency in ITT ENVI, ERDAS IMAGINE, MS Office, Windows; knowledge of programming languages such as IDL, R, Python; familiarity with ArcGIS and integration of data from commercial and civil sources.
