Job Summary We are seeking a
Scrum Master
to guide Agile delivery for a hybrid-scale
SAP S/4HANA implementation
at a leading utility company. This high-impact role supports digital transformation across finance, supply chain, HR, and more. You will facilitate team performance, enable delivery agility, and synchronize across ERP and legacy streams in a complex Agile ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Scrum Mastery & Agile Facilitation
Act as servant leader for 1-2 cross-functional Agile teams
Facilitate all
Scrum ceremonies : standups, planning, reviews, retrospectives
Promote continuous improvement and empirical decision-making
Hybrid Agile Governance
Balance Agile team delivery with traditional PMO oversight
Support waterfall-aligned workstreams (data migration, cutover, testing)
Align team delivery to program increments and hybrid governance
Planning & Coordination
Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, SAP partners, and consultants
Lead refinement and estimation of
SAP-specific user stories
Manage dependencies and cross-system blockers
Agile Scaling Support
Participate in scaled Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Demos)
Interface with
RTEs , Solution Architects, and other Scrum Masters
Track and report Agile metrics: velocity, burndown, team health
Tools & Technology
Manage sprints and backlog in
Jira ; use Confluence, MS Project
Understand SAP Activate and its Agile touchpoints
Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams (FI/CO, MM, Basis, ABAP)
Required Experience
5+ years as Scrum Master in enterprise-scale Agile projects
Hands-on experience with
SAP S/4HANA or major ERP systems
Knowledge of Agile, hybrid delivery, and SAP Activate
Experience with
SAFe
or other scaling frameworks
Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and team coaching capabilities
Proficient in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools
Nice-to-Have Experience
Navigating hybrid governance with PMO integration
Leading SAP Agile efforts across multiple functional tracks
Required Skills
Agile facilitation and Scrum expertise
Enterprise ERP delivery (SAP, Oracle, Workday)
Agile toolchain: Jira, Confluence, MS Project
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of SAP Activate and Agile integration points
Experience managing Agile metrics at scale
Strong cross-functional coordination with technical and functional SAP teams
