Alvarez & Marsal Private Equity Performance Improvement PEPI CFO Services — Digital Finance Manager, CFO Services - (Digital Finance) – open to all US locations Responsibilities
PEPI CFO Services Manager, Digital Finance: lead digital finance transformation initiatives using RPA, Finance Analytics, NLG, predictive forecasting models, and other digital tools to improve efficiency and transparency. Assess Finance and Accounting functions; design and implement digital technologies to optimize processes; deliver improvements in liquidity, working capital, and performance visibility. Drive process improvement, financial modeling, and planning activities; support client interviews, data gathering, and hypothesis development. Lead components of projects with multiple service lines; manage smaller projects independently; proactively manage client expectations and project risks. Develop actionable cash generation initiatives, EBITDA improvements, and optimal organizational structures to drive client value. Engage with senior management and obtain buy-in for actionable plans; lead and oversee workstreams; ensure timely execution of analyses and recommendations. Hypothesis / Scope Development
Collaborate with clients to facilitate information gathering and interview planning. Define analyses needed to test assumptions; identify business drivers and issues; develop a project framework within parameters. Develop clear, actionable conclusions from analyses and communicate them to client stakeholders. Apply industry and functional knowledge to identify risks, contingencies, and opportunities; design and implement project plans. Leadership
Leverage industry expertise and prior professional services experience to guide teams and foster analytical thinking. Manage client relationships during the engagement; take accountability for issues on both client and team sides. Build complementary teams using diverse talents; drive change management and financial accountability. Interpret financial statements, understand data capture and usage, and streamline related processes. Provide expertise in Controllership, Finance and Accounting Advisory Services. Qualifications
Graduate of accredited 4-year college/university in accounting, finance, economics (preferred but not required). Experience with Digital Finance technologies (RPA, Predictive Forecasting, Finance Analytics, NLG, data visualization). 8+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance, Financial Due Diligence, Restructuring, Investment Banking, or Private Equity. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analytics, and presentation skills. CPA, CFA, MBA, or Master’s Degree preferred but not required. Compensation
The salary range is $125,000-$190,000 annually, dependent on education, experience, skills, and geography. A discretionary bonus program is offered based on individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details. Culture & Compliance
