Oversee full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of properties. Manage the month-end close process, including preparing and analyzing financial statements. Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) for multiple properties. Perform monthly journal entries and bank reconciliations. Ensure accurate CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations and expense allocations. Assist with budgeting and forecasting for property operations. Collaborate with property managers to provide financial insights and support decision-making. Maintain compliance with accounting standards and industry regulations. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in property accounting or real estate accounting. Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management accounting software. Strong understanding of multi-entity accounting and CAM reconciliations. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
