Join a fast-paced, high-performing team focused exclusively on luxury commercial properties. We’re looking for a Senior Accountant or Controller with 8+ years of full-cycle property accounting experience, including hands-on financial reporting, CAM reconciliations, and budgeting. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take ownership of 3–5 commercial properties, work independently, and potentially grow into a leadership role. Responsibilities
Perform
full-cycle accounting : AP, AR, general ledger, bank reconciliations, month-end close Prepare and reconcile property-specific reports:
rent rolls, CAM reconciliations, financial statements Assist with or oversee
budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Support
audit processes
and financial reporting requirements Independently manage accounting for
3–5 commercial real estate properties Work closely with
property managers and maintenance teams Potential for team leadership depending on workload management and performance 5–8+ years in property accounting , ideally within
luxury commercial real estate Proficient in
full-cycle property accounting
(AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, close process) Strong experience with
CAM reconciliations, rent rolls, budgeting, and forecasting Cash flow management , audit prep, and ERP systems exposure ERP implementation experience
is a major plus Advanced Excel
skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.) Proficiency in
Yardi
and/or
MRI
(open to similar systems) Tools
MRI Yardi Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) QuickBooks, Peachtree, JD Edwards, Timberline (experience is a plus) Apply
