We focus on all operational aspects of a transaction, pre and post completion. We conduct pre deal and confirmatory due diligence, execute large-scale enterprise wide integrations, and support complex divestitures and separations on a wide range of functional and cross-functional areas. As a Manager, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional Skills and Responsibilities for this management level include, but are not limited to: developing new skills, resolving issues, coaching others, analysing complex ideas, using data to inform decisions, building consensus, simplifying complex messages, and upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. As part of the Deals team, you engage in M&A and Divestitures, including pre-deal operational due diligence, integration, and separation planning and execution. The role involves structuring and leading the Human Resources function in complex deals and transformational programs, supporting HR functional standalone and synergy assessments during diligence, and aligning PwC and clients across functional stakeholders to develop a cohesive HR deal plan. Lead teams in M&A and Divestitures, focusing on HR integration and separation Develop and implement HR strategies for complex deals and transformational programs Conduct pre-deal operational due diligence and synergy assessments Align PwC and client stakeholders to create a cohesive HR deal plan Foster an atmosphere of trust and leverage diverse perspectives within teams Generate a vision and establish direction for HR functions in deals Support clients in aligning HR functions with overall business objectives Achieve successful execution of HR plans during integration and separation phases What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree 5 years of experience What Sets You Apart
