Overview
Delivering Deal Value will help clients achieve maximum value on their deal transactions by solving transformational and other complex challenges. The role focuses on all operational aspects of a transaction, pre‑ and post‑completion, including pre‑deal due diligence, enterprise‑wide integrations, and complex divestitures and separations across functional and cross‑functional areas. Develop a point of view on key global trends and how they impact clients. Manage diverse viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties. Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points. Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct. Responsibilities
Lead teams in M&A and Divestitures, focusing on HR integration and separation. Develop and implement HR strategies for complex deals and transformational programs. Conduct pre‑deal operational due diligence and synergy assessments. Align PwC and client stakeholders to create a cohesive HR deal plan. Foster an atmosphere of trust and leverage diverse perspectives within teams. Generate a vision and establish direction for HR functions in deals. Support clients in aligning HR functions with overall business objectives. Achieve successful execution of HR plans during integration and separation phases. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree. 5 years of experience in M&A, divestitures, or HR integration. What Sets You Apart

The salary range for this position is $99,000 – $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
