Overview

The Retail Media Account Manager is responsible for day-to-day account management, campaign activation and maintaining strong relationships with Orange Apron Media partners. The role supports onboarding new advertisers, monitors campaign performance, and identifies opportunities to drive additional sales, acting as a trusted advisor to clients. The Retail Media Account Manager works closely with advertisers to ensure campaigns meet business objectives and provides ongoing support to optimize results. Key Responsibilities

Account & Relationship Management (25%): Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, oversee day-to-day activities, translate business objectives into marketing programs, provide real-time reporting, and manage vendor budgets. Ensure timely execution of marketing programs and address issues quickly. Campaign Activation & Evaluation (35%): Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance campaign performance, plan and activate campaigns across onsite and offsite channels, lead vendor meetings, and provide data-driven insights with actionable recommendations for improvement. Onboarding & Client Support (20%): Understand advertiser objectives, develop and execute campaigns to drive revenue, lead onboarding for new service providers and supplier partners, and provide ongoing training and resources to help advertisers succeed. Sales Opportunities & Reporting (20%): Develop reporting tools, forecast client spend, present findings and opportunities, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with Retail Media Account Executive to enhance engagement and revenue growth. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Must be legally permitted to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and strong project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills 2-4 years of professional work experience 2-4+ years in retail, retail media sales, marketing, or marketing campaign management Familiarity with digital media, retail, e-commerce, and on-site advertising products Experience in agency, brand marketing, or ad tech environments Proven success managing marketing campaigns with major consumer brands Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize campaign performance Education & Experience
