We work together to help our clients understand the new world of advertising, make decisions to support their goals, and drive advertiser interest and engagement. The Client Services team manages and grows Roku\'s partnerships with Advertisers to enable clients to reach their business objectives. About the role

The Account Manager is a strategic partner to Roku\'s Clients and the Roku Ad Sales team. This role ensures end-to-end success for advertising partners from pre-sale to post-sale by owning campaign success and execution. The Account Manager ensures campaigns deliver on advertiser objectives by using data to inform optimizations, focusing on lower-funnel marketing goals. This role helps maintain and grow key partnerships while upselling and maximizing revenue for Roku\'s advertising business. It requires strong communication, customer relationship skills, and attention to detail in a fast-paced sales environment. As an Account Manager supporting the Media & Entertainment vertical, you will support the Ad Sales team with a consultative approach to Roku\'s Ad Sales clients. Account Managers are involved in each step of the campaign lifecycle—from pitch, pre-sale, launch, execution, optimization, post-sale campaign readouts, billing, to client engagement. The role is directly responsible for campaign execution, performance, and Roku ROI. For Santa Monica - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $90,000 and $120,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. Serve as the lead day-to-day point of contact for Roku’s clients (top-tier advertisers and agencies) Be an expert on Roku’s unique ad products with support from Measurement, Analytics, and Product teams to provide the best value to our clients to achieve their advertising goals Experience in managing and growing accounts, forging strong client relationships, understanding objectives, and recommending strategies to drive renewals and upsell opportunities Craft persuasive narratives with data-driven storytelling to engage and upsell clients and drive incremental revenue Support Account Executives in client meetings, and present insights, data, and campaign metrics during meetings and QBRs Collaborate with Account Executives to review and respond to RFPs for assigned accounts Uphold Roku\'s Best Practices and Ad Guidelines on creative builds. Serve as the liaison between the client, Roku\'s Sponsorships and Design team, and Ad Operations teams to streamline creative builds Ensure campaigns launches are seamless and on time with regular communication to confirm setup and activation Monitor and report on campaigns to ensure performance toward client KPIs through optimizations; provide status updates to key stakeholders Demonstrate troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills and collaborate cross-functionally with Ad Operations and other teams on activations and optimizations Support the Finance team to ensure campaigns are invoiced monthly and work with clients to receive timely payments Be well organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines Work across a variety of media types including Direct IO, PG, and PMP campaigns We’re excited if you have

3+ years of consultative experience in account management/client services at an ad tech company or in media planning at an agency Experience in video and display advertising with premium publishers, ad networks, data vendors, or agencies Experience working with performance advertisers who prioritize lower-funnel outcomes Hands-on experience in programmatic video executions, workflows, and troubleshooting Understanding of PMPs, how to set them up and optimize to maximize revenue Experience working with DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers, or other optimization platforms Strong collaboration, creative brainstorming, and proactive client engagement Analytical, project management, data-driven, deadline-driven, and process-oriented Reporting experience with Salesforce, Excel, Looker, PowerPoint, and Tableau Knowledge of verification vendors (DoubleVerify, Integral Ad Science, Nielsen, etc.) Knowledge of 3rd party measurement partners (Nielsen, Foursquare, etc.) Strong, persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written Self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent Benefits
