What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Develop and maintain relationships with distribution partners, direct accounts, and end users to achieve sales goals - Report significant regional activities and sales forecasts to the Regional Sales Director - Conduct daily sales calls on key end-users to drive new project starts and increase market share - Perform building surveys, product demonstrations, and coordinate sales efforts with Strategic Account Managers - Resolve sales and product service issues effectively and manage new project starts via the Sales Pipeline
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent education - Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial sales or a related industry - Strong work ethic and initiative in problem-solving and implementing corrective action plans - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook - Willingness to travel overnight as required and ability to conduct product seminars and presentations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in distribution management and end-user sales/account management - Strong selling skills and account management abilities - Proven ability to perform gap analyses and develop effective action plans - Experience using Sales Force for sales tracking and management - Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal
