Maintain and grow existing business through exceptional service and relationship building Develop new business through targeted sales efforts with end-users and consulting engineers Prepare and conduct effective sales presentations and training programs Collaborate with Product Management and R&D to create innovative customer solutions Utilize sales tools effectively to meet and exceed sales goals Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum of 3 years in a similar sales position or completion of the employer's District Sales Manager Trainee Program Experience in HVAC or a related technical field Strong organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and other basic computer skills Preferred Qualifications
