What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, sales force, direct accounts, and end-users to achieve sales and performance goals - Report significant regional activities and sales forecasts to the Regional Sales Director - Train and motivate the dealer sales force to effectively sell company products - Conduct field sales management including project starts and product demonstrations - Resolve sales and service issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent education - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the sanitary supply industry or related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and Salesforce.com - Willingness to travel overnight and transport company products for demonstrations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in dealer channel management and end-user sales/account management - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement effective action plans - Proven track record of successful sales performance in the industry
