Overview
Senior Sales Tools Analyst role at Samsara. The position focuses on managing, maintaining, and optimizing Samsara’s sales technology stack to ensure sellers operate efficiently and effectively. This role combines day-to-day administration, technical configuration, and pilot/project support for new tool rollouts. You will partner with Sales, RevOps, Enablement, IT, and other cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, well-integrated tools that support revenue growth. Administer and configure core sales tools such as Salesforce CRM, SalesLoft, CPQ, DocuSign, Conga, Gong, and Highspot, including user profiles, permissions, workflows, automations, and data integrity maintenance. Provide advanced troubleshooting and support, investigate complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes; escalate systemic issues to IT, engineering, or vendors when needed. Support pilots and rollouts of new tools and features, coordinating technical setup, configuration, UAT, and feedback collection for smooth adoption. Oversee integrations and data flows between sales tools, CRM, and adjacent systems; monitor sync errors, troubleshoot, and partner with IT or vendors on new connections. Ensure governance and compliance across all sales technologies by maintaining license inventories, provisioning, and adhering to security and data handling protocols. Partner cross-functionally to ensure tools are reliable, well-integrated, and aligned with sales policies and governance. Deliver scalable enhancements to improve seller experience and efficiency, without over-reliance on external resources. Champion Samsara’s cultural principles and help scale them globally. Minimum requirements
3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Tools Administration. At least 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration/configuration. Hands-on configuration experience with major sales tools beyond CRM (e.g., SalesLoft, CPQ, Conga, Docusign, ZoomInfo, etc). Strong understanding of CRM concepts, sales workflows, and SaaS selling motions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into tool configurations. Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and balancing multiple priorities. Preferred qualifications
Salesforce Administrator certification (or equivalent). Experience with tool integrations and APIs. Exposure to project management in a Sales Operations or RevOps context. Experience supporting tool rollouts, pilots, and change management initiatives. Location and compensation notes
The role is open to candidates residing in the US except the San Francisco Bay Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area. The annual base salary range is $79,432.50–$106,800 USD. Base pay offered may vary by city, experience, and skills. Benefits and accommodations
