About the role The Senior Sales Tools Analyst will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing Samsara’s sales technology stack to ensure our sellers can operate efficiently and effectively. The role combines day-to-day administration, technical configuration, and pilot/project support for new tool rollouts. You will partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Enablement, IT, and other cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, well-integrated tools that enhance the seller experience and support revenue growth. This role is open to candidates residing in the US except the San Francisco Bay Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area. Responsibilities

Administer and configure core sales tools

such as Salesforce CRM, SalesLoft, CPQ, DocuSign, Conga, Gong, and Highspot, including user profiles, permissions, workflows, automations, and data integrity maintenance. Provide advanced troubleshooting and support , investigating complex issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing fixes; escalate systemic issues to IT, Engineering, or vendors where needed. Support pilots and rollouts of new tools and features , coordinating technical setup, configuration, UAT, and feedback collection to ensure smooth adoption and transition into ongoing administration. Oversee integrations and data flows

between sales tools, CRM, and adjacent business systems; monitor sync errors, troubleshoot integration issues, and partner with IT or vendors on new connections. Ensure governance and compliance

across all sales technologies by maintaining accurate license inventories, managing provisioning, and adhering to security and data handling protocols. Partner cross-functionally

with Sales, RevOps, Enablement, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure tools are reliable, well-integrated, and aligned with sales policies and corporate governance. Contribute to seller experience and efficiency

by delivering scalable, thoughtful enhancements without always relying on consultants or external resources. Champion, role model, and embed

Minimum requirements for the role 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Tools Administration. At least 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration/configuration. Hands-on configuration experience with major sales tools beyond CRM (e.g., SalesLoft, CPQ, Conga, Docusign, ZoomInfo, etc). Strong understanding of CRM concepts, sales workflows, and SaaS selling motions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into effective tool configurations. Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and balancing multiple priorities. An ideal candidate also has Salesforce Administrator certification (or equivalent). Experience with tool integrations and APIs. Exposure to project management in a Sales Operations or RevOps context. Background supporting tool rollouts, pilots, and change management initiatives. The range of annual base salary for full-time employees for this position is below. Base pay offered may vary depending on factors including city of residence, knowledge, skills, and experience. "$79,432.50 — $120,150 USD" EEO and Accommodations
