What to Expect

Develop tailored implementation plans for new PEO clients, covering payroll setup, benefits enrollment, and HR compliance onboarding Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring alignment with clients on key milestones and success criteria Guide clients through Remote’s PEO platform to facilitate co-employment processes and tool utilization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions and address client-specific needs Provide feedback to improve onboarding workflows and enhance platform capabilities

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or customer success within a fast-paced SaaS or HR/PEO environment Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple client timelines concurrently Excellent communication skills, both clear and empathetic, focused on proactive client guidance Strong collaboration skills, particularly with Sales, Product, and Operations teams

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of experience working directly with PEOs or in a customer-facing HR, payroll, or benefits role Familiarity with co-employment structures, payroll tax obligations, and benefits administration
