What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Create exceptional onboarding experiences for clients during product or service implementation

Analyze existing systems and business processes to implement WorkForce Software technologies

Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure project success

Manage multiple time-sensitive projects while effectively communicating with clients and internal teams

Guide clients in developing skills and confidence to use products effectively

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in software implementations, including gathering and documenting business requirements

Experience in implementing or training on complex software systems

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel

Familiarity with Waterfall or Agile methodologies

Ability to travel up to 50%, with potential for international travel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Strong understanding of implementation principles and lifecycles

Demonstrated technical aptitude and adaptability to new challenges

Experience in HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management

Background in providing application support for complex software systems

Ability to work effectively on a client-focused team
