in Milwaukee or Madison, WI. The successful candidate will oversee and manage mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, project management, and effective communication skills. Responsibilities

Oversee construction projects to ensure they are completed according to the contract. This includes observing construction, reviewing and signing documents, and communicating with MSA staff, contractors, and clients. Communicate professionally with clients, contractors and build ongoing business relationships Perform engineering calculations for the analysis, study, and design of specific project aspects. Utilize electronic tools such as GIS, models, BIM, and CADD for project analysis, study, and design. Assist in creating cost estimates for projects. Instruct technicians on drafting for the projects you design. Conduct field investigations or inspections ranging from visual observations to detailed measurements using specialized equipment. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Four years of relevant, post-graduate mechanical engineering experience Knowledge of engineering principles and practices; proficiency with digital tools (Microsoft Office, GIS, BIM, and/or CADD) Advanced interpersonal skills for facilitating relationships with colleagues Creative problem-solving skills to solve new and challenging problems Ability to mentor less experienced staff Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future Professional Engineering License in WI with IA, IL, and/or MN preferred Why MSA

Higher compensation within this range will be paid to candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications. Benefits
