Lead and manage a team of software engineers in the design, development, and support of automation test and delivery infrastructure. Develop and support multi-platform automation framework, including refinement of vision and strategy, and the development of automation tools, utilities, and resources. Collaborate with other team leaders and CAMs to maintain budget, actuals, and performance metrics. Manage workforce and personnel activities including recruitment, training, mentoring, career development, performance, compensation, and promotions. Support technical execution and provide leadership within a collaborative, high-performing team. Understand agile software development principles and drive solutions that align with program schedule drivers. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree or above in STEM Experience developing in Python Technical leadership/leadership experience leading a multidisciplinary team Desired Skills
Experience in fast-paced environments Familiarity with avionics software suites or systems engineering processes Good communication and analytical skills Experience designing, programming, and/or testing mission data Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins) and application deployment/orchestration tools Experience in developing test automation infrastructure for Mission Systems data EEO and Other Information
