Sales Representative – South Atlanta / Macon, GA – Emergency Care (Hospital)
As a Sales Representative at Stryker, you will promote and sell Emergency Care products—including Defibrillators, Automated External Defibrillators (AED), and Chest Compression systems—to healthcare providers. You’ll build strong customer relationships, handle inquiries, negotiate pricing, and manage orders, staying informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory shifts to position Stryker’s products effectively. The role offers the opportunity to exceed sales targets, monitor performance, and collaborate with marketing and support teams to drive business growth and success.
Responsibilities
Continue experience in sales or clinical setting.
Promote and sell Stryker Emergency Care Hospital products to meet customers’ needs.
Achieve your assigned quota using a consultative approach to sales, marketing, and clinical demonstrations.
Become the resident Hospital/Patient Resuscitation and Treatment (PRT) expert, collaborating with nurses, medical directors, and administrators.
Focus on customer satisfaction by demonstrating teamwork, empowerment, problem solving, honesty, integrity, and responsive service.
Take pride in cost reduction, committing to on‑time, complete, and error‑free shipments.
Display experience with reports, budget management, customer service, and project management.
Have basic knowledge of market research, new product introduction, P&L management, and field testing.
Qualifications Required
High school diploma and 5+ years of professional experience.
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree.
Other Requirements
A valid driver’s license in the state of residence and a good driving record is required.
May be required to move, set up and demonstrate equipment weighing up to 75 lbs (lift unassisted 75–80 lbs), reach, push, or pull to accomplish job accountabilities.
May involve prolonged periods of stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing, and/or crawling as appropriate.
Coordination of eye, hand, and foot movement and cognitive demands including visual and auditory discrimination, reading ability, and memory retention.
May handle materials such as durcot fabric, nylon fabric, Velcro, zippers, rubber, metals, and coated products.
