Auto Claims Property Damage Supervisor

Warrior Insurance Network is seeking an experienced Claims Supervisor to join their growing company. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of auto liability claims experience and strong technical and administrative background in auto claims handling. The Property Damage Supervisor will be responsible for oversight of the overall productivity and personnel of the Property Damage Coverage Unit. Key responsibilities include: Leading, motivating, and providing direction to the unit adjusters Conducting file and diary reviews to monitor adjuster's work and ensure appropriate documentation and fair claim settlement practices Reviewing reports and supporting the implementation of procedures to improve overall claim settlement process and customer service levels Overseeing the implementation and monitoring of procedures to assure effectiveness and compliance Determining training needs of the department/unit and establishing programs to ensure training needs of personnel and processes Requirements include: 5+ years auto liability claims experience Team Lead or Auto Claims Leadership experience preferred Strong technical and administrative background in auto claims handling Ability to work independently on technical and administrative matters in accordance with company policy and procedures Background in personnel selection, goal setting, monitoring and communicating performance Good leadership, training and development skills Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Warrior Insurance Network offers a competitive benefits package, including: Competitive Salaries Commitment to your Training & Development Medical and Dental and Vision Reimbursement Short Term Disability/Long Term Disability Life Insurance Flexible Spending Account Telemedicine Benefit 401k with a generous company match Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Tuition Reimbursement Wellness Program Fun company sponsored events Estimated Compensation Range: $48,750/year-$93,750/year
