Senior Analyst, Accounts Receivable

will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s invoicing processes to align with our new business model. This position will be integral in managing customer invoicing, revenue share calculations, and driving improvements in the accounts receivable process. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and act as the invoicing representative in our end-to-end order-to-cash process. Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for the Company’s Community Access offering, aligning with our evolving SaaS product offerings. Act as a key point of contact for customer invoicing inquiries, enabling customers to resolve questions and remit payments promptly. Create essential reports supporting the invoicing function, helping the business make data-driven decisions. Calculate monthly revenue share for IPC’s partners and ensure payments are made promptly and accurately. Actively participate in cross-functional projects to enhance and automate invoicing processes, supporting IPC’s transition to a SaaS model. Assist with additional responsibilities and special projects as needed, demonstrating your adaptability in a rapidly changing environment. How You Will Make an Impact: Help implement and streamline invoicing for new product offerings, ensuring our financial processes scale effectively as we transition to a SaaS-based business model. Contribute to automating manual processes, improving workflows, and supporting scalable solutions that will enable IPC’s growth and financial sustainability. Provide crucial information and reports that empower leaders across the organization to make informed, strategic decisions. Ensure a seamless invoicing experience by resolving customer questions and issues, accelerating payments and improving customer relationships. Essential Skills and Experience to be Successful in this Role: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and prevent errors ensuring accuracy in all financial records and documentation Ability to work across the organization to drive solutions and improvements Ability to work collaboratively across departments to drive solutions and improvements. Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects effectively, including handling ad hoc responsibilities. Comfortable with changing systems, processes, and business needs, especially in a rapidly evolving SaaS environment. Desired Skills and Experience: Salesforce and Oracle Fusion experience preferable but not required Detail-oriented with demonstrated oral and written communication skills Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to adapt to change Proficiency in using advanced Excel functions and tools for data analysis and reporting. Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. Proven ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners.
