We are seeking an experienced
Transactional Attorney
with a strong background in
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
to join a well-established Houston law firm. The ideal candidate will have
3-8 years of experience
handling sophisticated corporate and transactional matters, including structuring, negotiating, and closing complex business deals across multiple industries. Responsibilities
Advise clients on all aspects of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, and corporate reorganizations Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of transactional documents, including purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, operating agreements, and related contracts Conduct and manage due diligence processes and risk assessments Provide counsel on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and business structuring strategies Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of transactions Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the firm’s continued growth and success Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in Texas (in good standing) Minimum of
3-8 years of transactional law experience , with a primary focus on
M&A Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-communication skills Proven ability to handle multiple complex matters independently in a fast-paced environment Details
Location: Houston, TX Salary: $165,000.00-$185,000.00
