The Transactional Attorney will be responsible for providing legal guidance and support on a wide range of business transactions and corporate matters. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business law, contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate various transactional documents, including but not limited to contracts, licensing agreements, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial leases. Advise clients on business formation, governance, compliance, and regulatory issues. Conduct due diligence for clients in connection with acquisitions, divestitures, and financing transactions. Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide strategic legal advice to support their goals. Collaborate with other attorneys and practice groups within the firm to ensure cohesive legal representation. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the bar in New York and in good standing. Minimum 3 years of experience in transactional/business law. Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance. Compensation
