Overview

Account Executive - Neuromuscular (AE) for the Miami, Florida territory. The AE is an expert on the practices, delivery networks, and patient populations within their territory and represents UCB in the communities we serve to transform the lives of those living with Rare Diseases. They will identify and build collaborative relationships with physicians and clinics, execute marketing and sales strategies, master brand messaging and digital tools, and deliver high-impact customer experiences while maintaining the highest ethical standards. Account Executive / Miami Responsibilities

Consistently exceed territory sales objectives while operating with the highest level of ethics and integrity Create and execute strategic business plans reflecting a thorough understanding of local market conditions Master targeted disease states with deep understanding of patient journeys, standards of care, and treatment drivers Advocate for Rare Disease patients and serve as the authority on tools and resources UCB offers to support physicians, pharmacists, and other health care providers Expand the expertise of treating and referring physicians, payers, hospital systems, pharmacies, labs, and other care continuum stakeholders; understand dynamics that influence patient treatment decisions Maintain strong relationships with the payer landscape; inform providers on coverage and reimbursement status; collaborate with the payer access team to maximize patient access and affordability Foster relationships with patient advocacy groups to support patient education and disease state awareness Collaborate cross-functionally with UCB colleagues to share insights on customer needs and market opportunities Pursue continuous improvement through growth mindset; share insights, pursue relevant courses, and apply learnings in the field What You’ll Work With

Call plan physicians/HCPs and all care team members Sales management/leadership Market Access, Thought Leader Liaison, and Medical Teams KOLs Sites of care Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree 8+ years of field-based experience in sales, account management, and/or field reimbursement in biopharmaceuticals or healthcare, including 5+ years in a competitive specialty market Fluent in Spanish Field experience with Buy-and-Bill medical benefits, Specialty Pharmacy, and HUB delivery models Verifiable record of sustained high sales performance and achievement in top 30% nationally Experience/involvement in successful product launches Ability to maximize impact of multichannel/digital tools and strategy/tactics with territory HCPs Command of medical, scientific, and healthcare concepts in neurology and rare diseases Experience serving academic centers, community-based care, hospitals, and private offices Willingness to travel up to 60% of time (territory business needs dependent) Preferred Experience

2+ years in rare/orphan drug experience in a competitive market Significant CNS/neuroscience sales experience (epilepsy); Oncology, Hematology, and/or Specialty reimbursement products Experience supporting biologic therapy administered by a designated health care provider Promotional product experience with REMS requirements Compensation

This position's reasonably anticipated base salary range is

$137,600 - $180,600

per year. Final offer based on internal equity and geographic region, knowledge, skills, and experience. About Us
