Business Development leader focused on partnering with innovative organizations to add talent and increase productivity Location:
Englewood, CO Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate project opportunities within designated regions. Review
blueprints, specifications, and project documents
to develop competitive bids. Source and solicit
subcontractors and vendors , ensuring alignment with project requirements. Conduct cost analysis of
labor, materials, equipment, and time requirements , comparing them to supplier quotes to determine optimal pricing strategies. Resolve discrepancies and adjust estimates to finalize competitive and accurate bid proposals before deadlines. Qualifications & Skills:
Construction experience preferred
with an emphasis on estimating. Ability to
work under pressure
while managing deadlines and budgets. Proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and estimating software . Strong ability to
interpret plans, specifications, and create material take-offs . Excellent
time management, multitasking, and analytical skills . Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to feedback and refine estimates accordingly. Benefits:
Salary:
$75,000 – $100,000 annually (based on experience) H.S.A. contributions
(optional with HDHP selection) Voluntary
