Construction Estimator Water Projects
Location: Englewood, CO

Job Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate project opportunities within designated regions.
Review blueprints, specifications, and project documents to develop competitive bids.
Source and solicit subcontractors and vendors, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
Conduct cost analysis of labor, materials, equipment, and time requirements, comparing them to supplier quotes to determine optimal pricing strategies.
Resolve discrepancies and adjust estimates to finalize competitive and accurate bid proposals before deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills
Construction experience preferred with an emphasis on estimating.
Ability to work under pressure while managing deadlines and budgets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and estimating software.
Strong ability to interpret plans, specifications, and create material take‑offs.
Excellent time management, multitasking, and analytical skills.
Detail‑oriented with the ability to adapt to feedback and refine estimates accordingly.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 annually (based on experience)
