Cook according to standard recipes and ensure dishes meet quality expectations. Maintain timeliness and accuracy to fulfill guest demands and requests. Support other kitchen staff and contribute to a smooth, efficient operation. Qualifications
Experience as a line cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen. Proficiency with diverse cooking techniques (poaching, braising, roasting, charbroiling, saut e9ing, grilling, frying, baking).
