Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items using techniques including poaching, braising, roasting, charbroiling, sautéing, grilling, frying, and baking according to standard recipes.

Ensure every order is cooked properly to meet guests\' expectations and restaurant standards.

Demonstrate strong time management and work collaboratively with kitchen staff to maintain smooth operation.

Qualifications

Experience as a cook with familiarity across a wide range of cooking techniques (poaching, braising, roasting, charbroiling, sautéing, grilling, frying, baking).

Strong time management skills and a team-first attitude.
