Length of Position: Temp / Temp to hire Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree in interior design from a CIDA accredited program or a Bachelor of Architecture Requirements: 3 years minimum experience as an interior designer/architect in a client services firm Strong experience with construction documentation; design and technical detailing in all phases Programming, SD-CD’s and CA Collaboration and coordination with engineers, various consultants and vendors Work closely with Project Managers, Executives, architects, contractors, and engineers Minimum of 3 years of experience creating construction drawings for large scale commercial interiors projects Demonstrated experience and skills creating plans, RCPS, elevations, details and dimensioning in Revit to align with design intent Strong detailing skills for interior construction and millwork elements with elevated design aesthetic Ability to successfully work as part of a team on multiple projects simultaneously Technical / Software skills: Advanced technical skills with: Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup Proficiency with: Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign Enscape Designer Pages for furniture specifications, Deltek Vantagepoint and Newforma Flexible work from home options available.
