Salary: $85,000.00-$100,000.00

Responsibilities The Production Manager is responsible for managing and leading Production Supervisors to achieve essential KPIs related to safety, quality, productivity and cost.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Schedule, track, and monitor production and costs to ensure the unit meets established goals while maintaining a safe work environment and quality standards.
Ensure leaders are driving Pactiv Evergreen initiatives.
Drive and support Pactiv Evergreen’s Production System.
Support safety improvement through behavioral and hazard recognition.
Ensure the production of quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Develop and improve quality systems that drive continuous improvement.
Drive continuous improvement utilizing Pactiv Evergreen Production System to improve Operational Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Achieve pounds per man hour targets through overall labor management.
Manage and develop Production Supervisors to achieve production goals and objectives.
Demonstrate a strategic approach to labor cost management.
Drive cost improvement through overall volume achievement.
Immediately address and report safety issues or hazards.
Maintain an excellent safety record.
Maintain an excellent attendance record.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Experience
At least three (3) years of experience managing and leading at least four (4) direct reports in a manufacturing environment or relevant experience.
At least three (3) years of experience in a manufacturing environment; including successful completion of jobs or similar activities requiring control of a mechanical process and inspection of product to meet quality standards.
Demonstrated self-compliance with company policies and procedures.
