What to Expect
Drive revenue growth by generating and closing sales opportunities to meet and exceed annual revenue targets Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the employer's objectives for specific markets and clients Oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing while utilizing CRM tools for tracking and analysis Monitor market trends and provide insights to adjust sales tactics and capitalize on opportunities Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track key metrics and performance against goals
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a selling role within the managed care and/or workers\' compensation industry Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred In-depth knowledge of selling strategies, sales psychology, and buying techniques Strong understanding of the employer's products and competitive landscape Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
Strong software knowledge, particularly with the MS Office Suite Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
