We are looking for a driven, experienced, and self-motivated Account Executive to join our growing Americas sales team. This is a hybrid position based in the Greater Chicago Area, United States and reports directly to the SVP, Sales Americas. What you’ll do
Own and drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation and closing. Proactively prospect and generate new leads through outbound strategies (email, LinkedIn, calls, events) to build a strong and qualified pipeline. Conduct thorough discovery with prospects to understand their business, logistics needs, and pain points. Develop and execute account-based prospecting and outreach strategies to target key stakeholders in mid-market e-commerce and logistic companies. Clearly articulate Parcel Perform’s value proposition and deliver engaging product demos and pitch presentations. Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Consulting, Product, Marketing and Customer Success teams to progress and close deals efficiently. Manage high-level conversations with C-level executives and senior decision-makers, navigating complex sales cycles. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Hubspot CRM, ensuring effective pipeline and forecast management. Contribute to strategic initiatives including sales training, marketing campaigns, and team development efforts. Who we’re looking for
3–7 years of experience in B2B software or SaaS sales, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce sectors. Proven success in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and consistently building a healthy sales pipeline. Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven, with the persistence to follow through and the agility to adapt in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative team player who thrives as an independent self-starter, capable of managing priorities and working autonomously. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical and contractual topics for a variety of stakeholders. Strong multitasking abilities and a structured approach to managing multiple sales opportunities simultaneously. Demonstrated growth mindset and eagerness to continually learn, improve, and take on new challenges. Passion for technology, software sales, and a keen interest in the future of e-commerce logistics.
