Serve as the primary point of contact with clients for all project-related activities Develop project scope, proposals, and manage client relationships Oversee project execution within budget, schedule, and contractual commitments Coordinate with engineering design teams and subcontractors to ensure project success Document and manage changes in project scope while ensuring safety protocols are communicated and followed What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Paper Science, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical) or equivalent technical experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in the paper converting industry At least 3 years of project management experience utilizing multi-discipline engineering teams Familiarity with various contracting models and experience in capital project management Proficiency with MS Project for schedule and financial tracking How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
