Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact with clients for all project activities
Develop and execute projects within budget and schedule while managing all project activities
Document and manage changes in project scope and identify new business opportunities
Coordinate the engineering design team, subcontractor activities, and procurement resources
Establish project safety plans and ensure compliance with safety policies during project execution
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Paper Science, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical) or equivalent technical experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience within the paper converting industry
At least 3 years of project management experience utilizing multi-discipline engineering teams
Proficiency with project management tools for schedule and financial tracking
Experience in capital project management and leading project scope definition efforts
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of experience within the paper converting industry
7+ years of project management experience utilizing multi-discipline engineering teams
Project Management Professional Certification or ability to obtain within 24 months
Professional Engineer license
Experience using Primavera P6
