Job Description
Responsibilities: Set up safe work zones with proper equipment. Communicate with your crew to keep everyone safe. Control traffic flow. Provide outstanding service and protection to customers. Receive continuous development and guidance. Protect the company’s employees, customers, and assets against losses, injuries, and accidents through enforcement of safe work practices. Develop relationships with internal and external customers to achieve goals and new business opportunities. Become a subject matter expert in work zone setup/design and professional flagging. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Previous experience in an outdoor labor setting, such as Traffic Control, Landscaping, Manufacturing, Construction, Utilities, Military, or Skilled Operator. 2+ Years Traffic Control Experience / ATSSA Certificate. TMA Driver certification. TCS Certification preferred. Familiarity with a client-based schedule. Valid state driver's license. Steel Toed or Composite Toed Boots. Comfortable standing 8-12 hours a day. Ability to lift 50-60 lbs. Accustomed to working in all types of weather and traffic conditions. Must pass pre-employment screening including a drug test. Valid AZ Driver’s License with a motor vehicle report that meets company guidelines. Must be able to read and write English. Competitive Hourly Pay:
$18.00 AWP considers any position requiring an individual to drive an AWP vehicle and/or be present at an AWP worksite for any reason as a safety-sensitive position.
