Role and Responsibilities
Lead site and app channel strategy, planning, and execution to drive optimizations through data driven analysis and customer insights (macro trends, customer data, and search trends). Develop and communicate vision, defining the strategic direction across the digital appliance categories. Ensure ecommerce guiding principles drive consistent experiences that balance new launches, key promotional drive times, as well as seasonality. Build strategies in close collaboration with category management, marketing, and product teams to deliver and exceed KPI goals which include customer click through, add-to-cart, continuation down the funnel, and conversion. Ideate, develop and launch new features in partnership with product, engineering and UX teams, informed by user research, A/B testing, and competitive benchmarking. Gain buy-in from cross-functional partners and leadership teams through clear communication, strategic proposals aimed at driving ROI, and influence through data. Customer-centricity, takes great pride in driving impact through flawless customer experiences; driving engagement, loyalty, and brand growth. Skills and Qualifications
Background & Competencies Required: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience in Business or related fields. 8+ years related experience in Business Operations, retail business strategy, or in an eCommerce role Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business or related field; Project Management certification Experience in the consumer electronics, or digital appliances industry is a bonus Life @ Samsung - Benefits @ Samsung - NEW JERSEY ONLY The salary range for this role is expected to be between $157,500 and $194,500. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
