Primary Responsibilities
Assist in day to day operations, including trip coordination, communications, customer service, missions database management, and programs. This position will work alongside the Assistant Director and Financial Coordinator to support nearly all aspects of the Missions program. This position will be a first point of contact for students and team leaders, work within the trip database, and communicate and uphold program policies and procedures. This position will work closely with the Financial Coordinator and Assistant Director to mobilize over 40 mission teams and 500+ participants annually. Tasks Performed
Manage communications from the Missions email inbox Oversee the accuracy and functionality of the Master Team List (MTL) and website and database content, including setting up applications and forms, resolving issues, responding to internal inquiries, and managing team pages and members within the site Assist with Missions-related programs, events and campaigns, which may occasionally include after-hours or weekend events Assist with coordination logistics, including shuttle schedules, embassy registration, passport and visa processing, docusign for waivers, background checks, prayer calendars, etc. Work closely with team leader volunteers, student participants, student interns, and various on-campus entities Provide responsive and supportive assistance to students by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering guidance as needed Assist in supervising interns, including conducting check-ins, managing assignments, addressing questions, and offering day-to-day support and direction On rotation for the incident management team (IMT) while teams are on the field Perform other duties as assigned Job Related Skills

11 month contract Average of 32 hours per week in office Some events may occur on the weekend or outside regular office hours On-call responsibilities will require after-hours availability when teams are traveling Perform other duties as assigned Education
