Key Responsibilities: Dual Enrollment Programs
Lead and expand partnerships with schools to grow dual enrollment opportunities. Provide exceptional service to dual enrollment students and their families, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
Manage the day‑to‑day logistics of the program, including overseeing the application process, registering students, and reporting grades. Maintain and strengthen relationships with current partner schools while identifying opportunities for growth.
Summer Scholars Program
Oversee the planning and execution of Lipscomb's Summer Scholars program for rising high school seniors, fostering an engaging and educational environment.
Summer Camp Counselors
Recruit, train, and manage summer camp counselors, ensuring they are well‑prepared to deliver a positive experience for all participants.
Program Development
Collaborate with university stakeholders to develop and implement future pre‑college programs that align with Lipscomb's mission and goals.
Customer Service
Maintain a strong customer service mindset, addressing inquiries and concerns from students, parents, and school partners with professionalism and care.
Event Coordination
Organize and execute events related to pre‑college programs, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required;
Experience working with high school students and their families.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Enthusiasm for creating positive educational experiences.
Previous experience in program management or educational administration is a plus.
