ProSidian Seeks a Oversight and Process Improvement Coordinator [DOE0141140] for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington. Supports DOE EM Hanford in a federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance. We seek Oversight and Process Improvement Coordinator candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector experience to support professional services engagements for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) role with potential conversion to a full-time ProSidian employee. Job Overview
Provide services and support as an Oversight and Process Improvement Coordinator (General Support Services for Hanford Field Office) in the Environmental Management Industry Sector, focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as the U.S. Department of Energy – Environmental Management Hanford Field Office (DOE-EM / HFO) and the EMCBC, Cincinnati, OH. Location is in the Pacific Northwest region (CONUS - Richland, WA). Responsibilities include science, engineering, and construction oversight to ensure safe designs, efficient operations, and progress toward Hanford cleanup. Responsibilities and Duties
Oversight and Process Improvement Coordinator duties including operations surveillance, log reviews, readiness reviews, and escalation of safety concerns. Provide expertise across physical sciences, civil/structural engineering, mechanical/electrical engineering, fire protection, instrumentation and control, environmental engineering, chemical engineering, nuclear engineering, work inspection, field engineering management, and construction compliance. Support operations oversight such as commissioning, deactivation and decommissioning, and environmental remediation (including soil and groundwater remediation and waste/nuclear material stabilization and disposition). The role is located in the Pacific Northwest Region near Richland, WA. Initial work site: 2440 Stevens Center Place, H520 Richland, WA 99354. Qualifications
Qualifications 7–10+ years DOE operations oversight; nuclear/industrial facilities preferred. BS in Engineering/Science or equivalent. This position aligns with Environmental Management Sector requirements and supports Science, Engineering and Design Support, Construction and Operations OversightFunctional Areas. Skills Program and project management support for daily business activities; experience with science, engineering and design support, construction and operations oversight. Operations oversight, procedure review, reporting. Competencies Judgment, independence, field presence. Ancillary Details Document and track DOE oversight findings. Process improvement coordination; staffing may vary by +/-15% during the period of performance. Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved by the CO; travel in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations. Security: ProSidian personnel require a Facility Clearance for work; DOE clearances as indicated per task. Place of Performance: Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site, Richland, WA; on-site with some approved remote support. Other Details Field-based role requiring PPE.
