Reporting to the Global Treasury Director, the Senior Manager, Treasury & ERM will oversee Orion’s treasury operations and enterprise risk management programs. This role will help lead Orion’s organization’s liquidity and debt strategy while enhancing the existing enterprise risk management framework.
Responsibilities
Maintain and expand relationship with banking partners. Lead daily cash management, forecasting and liquidity planning. Support management and optimization of debt portfolio, in compliance with Orion’s credit agreement. Oversee foreign exchange, interest rate and credit exposures, evaluate and implement appropriate strategies. Enhance efficiency, process automation and control through utilization of existing Treasury Management System (TMS). Monitor treasury KPIs and ensure compliance with financial covenants, also being strong Treasury advocate to improve policies and controls globally Manage/enhance company-wide enterprise risk management framework Support board-level governance & facilitate reporting for Risk Committee Provide regular updates to senior management on treasury & risk management Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree is required for this position. Preferred areas of study include finance, economics, accounting, risk management, or a similar discipline. Professional certifications such as CTP or CRM are preferred. At least five years of progressive experience in treasury, enterprise risk management and/or corporate finance. Solid understanding of best practices/framework for treasury and enterprise riskmanagement. Proficiency with standard treasury tools and ERP systems, such as PowerBI, SAP & Coupa Treasury is a plus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to present to top-level executives and the Board of Directors
