The Manager, Treasury & ERM will oversee the company's treasury operations and enterprise risk management programs. This role will help lead the organization’s risk management strategy, through insurance solutions and also the liquidity and debt strategy while enhancing the existing enterprise risk management framework.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, risk mitigation, and treasury management, through robust understanding of risk management principles and comprehensive insurance solutions.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain and expand relationship with insurance and banking partners
Lead daily cash management, forecasting and liquidity planning
Support management & optimization of debt portfolio, in compliance with Orion’s credit agreement
Oversee foreign exchange, interest rate and credit exposures, evaluate and implement appropriate strategies
Monitor treasury KPIs and ensure compliance with financial covenants, also being strong Treasury advocate to improve policies and controls globally
Manage/enhance company-wide enterprise risk management framework
Support Board-level governance & facilitate reporting for Risk Committee
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Risk Management, etc; Master’s or MBA a plus
Professional certifications such as CTP or CRM preferred
5-10 years of progressive experience in treasury, enterprise risk management and/or corporate finance
Demonstrated experience leading, implementing, and advising on Enterprise Rick Management strategies from an insurance standpoint
Proficiency with treasury tools (“TMS”) and ERP systems; PowerBI, SAP & Coupa Treasury a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to present to Executive Leadership and Board of Directors
