Own the full recruitment lifecycle for clients across Creative, Digital, Interactive, Mobile, and Technical sectors
Develop and maintain a robust network of top-tier talent through proactive sourcing and relationship-building
Execute strategic candidate searches for positions ranging from Fortune 500 companies to cutting-edge interactive agencies
Conduct thorough candidate screenings and assessments to ensure perfect client-talent matches
Drive the entire placement process from initial contact through offer negotiation and closing
Meet and exceed established performance metrics for candidate placement and client satisfaction
