We’re looking for a
Principal Recruiter
to lead and execute across the entire recruitment lifecycle—from business development to candidate placement—on a 360-desk.
About the Role As a Principal Recruiter at The SR Group, you’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, sourcing top-tier talent, and driving revenue through successful placements focusing on Marketing and Sales positions. You’ll operate with autonomy while collaborating with a high-performing team, leveraging recruiting tools and strategies to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities
Own and manage a 360-desk: client acquisition, job intake, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Develop outreach strategies and cadences using recruiting platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem)
Negotiate contracts, fees, and terms with clients
Track performance metrics and pipeline activity to meet revenue goals
Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team growth
Requirements
Proven experience running a 360-desk in a staffing or agency environment
Strong business development and client management skills
Expertise in full cycle recruiting across multiple industries or verticals
Proficiency with recruiting software and CRM/ATS platforms
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
A self-starter with a track record of exceeding targets
Bonus Points
Experience mentoring or leading junior recruiters
Familiarity with high-volume or niche recruiting
Passion for building long-term client and candidate relationships
